1.Sample Charge:

For samples we have in stock, it’s free of charge, you only need to pay for the shipping.

For customized samples, we need to charge $30 to $100 depending on how you want to customized the samples.

2.Sample Lead Time:

7 to 15 days.

3.Order Lead Time:

10 to 15 days.

4.Payment Terms:

30% deposit ,70% balance before shipping.

6.How can I ensure I can get the goods after payment?

We will send you pictures when the goods are ready, and tracking No. after goods sent.

7.How about the defective products ?

We will inspect the goods carefully before shipping ,if there are defective products due to our fault, we will refund correspondingly.
